We currently offer shipping services within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. If you are outside the United States and would like to inquire about shipping options, please contact us directly at info@bunnycarenie.com.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order. The shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Please note that special delivery or handling charges may apply for oversized or custom furniture items.

3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or personalized orders may take additional time for design and production, which will be communicated to you. Once your order has been processed, we will send you a confirmation email along with tracking details.

4. Delivery Time
Standard shipping times vary depending on the delivery location and product availability. Typically, delivery takes between 5-10 business days. Custom-made furniture may require additional time, and we will notify you of an estimated delivery window. You will receive tracking information once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

5. Delivery Address
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Bunnycarenie is not responsible for delays, non-delivery, or additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If there are any issues with your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Signature Upon Delivery
For high-value items or custom-made furniture, we may require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure that your order arrives safely and is received by the intended recipient.

7. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Bunnycarenie is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated if there are any delays in your shipment.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

10. White-Glove Delivery Service
For large and delicate items, we offer a White-Glove Delivery Service, which includes delivery, assembly, and placement of your furniture in your desired location. Additional charges may apply for this service, and it must be requested at the time of purchase.
