Refund and Returns Policy

At Bunnycarenie, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges in accordance with our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Custom-made and personalized furniture is not eligible for return, unless there is a manufacturing defect.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@bunnycarenie.com or call (507) 754-5046. You will be asked to provide:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief reason for the return or exchange request
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the items back. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned items. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return or exchange at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help us process your claim more efficiently.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Custom-made or personalized furniture
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
6. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color, please contact us to initiate the exchange process. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
7. Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, we may not be able to process the cancellation. For custom orders, please contact us as soon as possible, as production typically begins shortly after the order is placed.
